Made out of rock and tar
Every job, from the first call to the final invoice, in one app.
Asphalt OS is the CRM and operations app for paving companies. Calls and leads, quotes with approvals, the crew schedule with the weather on it, truck loads, equipment and driver inspections, invoices, bills and every job's margin, in one set of records that the database itself keeps safe.
The demo is a clickable mock-up with a sample company. No sign-up needed.

One job, start to finish
First call
One form for the phone call. The lead is made, the customer gets an acknowledgment, and the intake person gets a task with a clock on it.
Estimate signed
The quote starts from your standard prices. Inside the limits it goes straight out by email and text, with a private page where the customer signs.
Scheduled
Drag the job onto a crew and a day. The customer is texted the date, the order tasks go out, and the weather is watched over the job site.
Paid
Invoice from the job with a Pay online link. Reminders chase it. The job shows its income, its costs and its margin, then closes.
The real screens
Every screenshot on this site is Asphalt OS itself, with a sample paving company loaded. Nothing is mocked up.

What it covers
Seven areas, one set of records. Open any of them to see the screens.
-
Sales
Calls, the shared inbox, pipelines with time limits, estimates with approvals, per-ton pricing and texting.
-
Operations
The crew board with weather on every job, the phone day view, truck loads, paperwork, support tickets and sub jobs.
-
Money
Invoices with a Pay online link, bills and payroll totals, crew expenses, each job's margin, QuickBooks and reports.
-
Fleet and safety
Equipment meters and service reminders, incidents and repairs, and the daily driver inspections.
-
Team and roles
Eleven roles to start, your own roles and exceptions, and a history log nobody can rewrite.
-
Security
Your data walled off by the database itself, two-factor sign-in, encrypted keys and nightly backups.
-
Connections
Your own accounts for texting, email, the mailbox, QuickBooks and AI. A saved key is never shown again.
Built for paving
Not a general CRM with "jobs" bolted on. The things a paving company does every day are in the records themselves.
-
Asphalt by the ton
Services priced per ton, with what you pay kept inside the office. The calculator turns length, width and depth into tons: 10 ft x 10 ft x 2 in = 1.247 tons.
The calculator -
Weather over every job site
Rain, cold, heat, wind and National Weather Service warnings, checked every half hour for every scheduled job. A tag on the job, a task when a limit is crossed.
Weather warnings -
DVIR and the repairs check
Pre-trip and post-trip inspections from the phone, with the federal checklist. After a defect, the next driver must tick "Repairs checked" before the report goes in.
Driver compliance -
Truck loads from the plant
The driver taps "Loaded at plant now" and "On site now". The office sees the truck cycle and the tons planned against the tons delivered.
Truck loads
How it runs
Asphalt OS runs in the web browser, on a computer or a phone. Where it lives is your choice.
-
On your own server
The install package runs on a server your company owns, such as an office NAS: the database, the app, the uploaded files and nightly backups, all in your building. Nothing about your jobs is sent out unless you switch a service on.
-
Hosted by us
We are setting up hosting for companies that would rather not run a server. Each company gets a database of its own. Ask us where that stands.
-
Your own keys, either way
Texting, email, the mailbox, QuickBooks and AI run on your company's own accounts, entered on the Connections page and encrypted in the database. Nothing is shared between companies.
See it with your own jobs
The demo opens in your browser with a sample paving company. Or tell us about your company and we will walk you through the real thing.
